Bromley host Bradford in a huge rearranged League Two clash at Hayes Lane.
Victory will see Bromley stay tenth and move to within four points of the last play-off spot unless they win by four goals or more, which would see them leapfrog Salford into ninth in the table.
Bradford can climb to second with a win or draw.
Team News
Bromley could be without Harry McKirdy after he was substituted off with a minor injury in their 2-0 home win over Harrogate last weekend.
Danny Imray is still sidelined with an unspecified injury.
Bradford could again be without Calum Kavanagh as he continues to struggle with a calf injury which has kept him out of their last three matches in all competitions.
Jack Shepherd is back from suspension but Romoney Crichlow and Alex Pattison are doubts after the pair were substituted in the Bantams’ home win over MK Dons.
Andy Cook (knee) remains sidelined.
When is Kick-Off?
Bromley host Bradford at Hayes Lane on Tuesday 25 February at 7:45pm GMT, live on Sky Sports+ in the UK.
Stat Attack
- Bromley lost 3-1 in their only previous meeting against Bradford which came away in the reverse fixture earlier this season (L1).
- Bradford are making their first-ever competitive visit to Bromley’s Hayes Lane in all competitions.
- Bromley have scored four goals in their last three matches without conceding (W3).
- Bradford have claimed seven points in three of their last five away league visits to London-based opposition (W2, D1, L2).
Prediction
Although a top-half finish is Bromley’s realistic aim, they seem to have found a solid footing defensively with three consecutive clean sheets and been clinical up front after their results dipped in January, so this feels like a free hit knowing that a win here will put them within four points off a potential play-off spot.
Bradford though will relish this game in the knowledge that anything other than defeat will put them second and with seven clean sheets in their last eight league matches, Graham Alexander’s Bantams will come to Hayes Lane full of confidence even if Pattison is unavailable as Antoni Sarcevic is now in form.
I however do feel like Bromley should have enough quality to cause issues if their defence can continue their improved form, particularly as Bradford won four of their last eight games by narrow 1-0 results but both teams will have one eye on huge away games against AFC Wimbledon and Salford respectively on Saturday.
A draw therefore might be a fair result but Bromley realistically could do with the win to boost their play-off prospects.
Prediction: Bromley 1-1 Bradford
